Pros

-Great company environment, nearly all young people with great personalities, very fun to hang out with on weekends -some days you don't start work until 10 or 11am -great pay IF and ONLY IF you are very talented at sales, if not, you only make $1,000 bi-weekly

Cons

-This is a soliciting job, 6 hours of knocking on strangers doors who most likely don't want to talk to you or don't understand why you are there -You work every other Saturday, no exceptions -Mentally draining, you need to be incredibly comfortable with rejection, as you might hear "no" 45 times a day -If you are not doing well, the leadership in the office forgets about you, and you are on your won to fix your problems and get better or you face getting fired -Very strict sales metrics, if you don't hit standards 3 pay periods in a row you will get fired, no exceptions -If you are looking for diversity, there is none -There is an unbelievable amount of employee turnover, maybe 40% of employees stay longer than 6 months

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
