Pros

Friendly atmosphere in the beginning Decent pay from the get-go with money incentives Good sales training

Cons

The type of vulgarity at the workplace cannot be overstated. Daily, I was surrounded by coworkers either high or got high at some point during the day while on the job. I saw deals go down in the company parking lot and in company vans. Women frequently were the point of sexualized jokes and many felt uncomfortable but unreleased to say anything. In the interview, they initially offered a sales position. They kept me in marketing.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
