Pros

Everyone there supports you no matter what. It is a collective effort, while you are there and working on your own when on appointments, there is always someone to talk to and give advice 24/7. It's a brotherhood.

Cons

Long hours, lots of memorizing in the beginning and very little time for a social life. You will be drained by the end of the day and feel like there is no possible way to keep everything in your brain

Pros

This is a company that actually cares about and for their employees

Cons

I truly don’t think there is any cons. Maybe if you don’t like a performance based meritocracy it wouldn’t be for you.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
