Pros

The company is very interested in making the employees comfortable and happy. Every employee is treated exceptionally well. The company is rapidly growing and improving. Every person that I work with loves their job, which makes it that much more enjoyable to do my job. I really like every person that I work with. We all have a great work ethic and are constantly improving and moving towards success. So needless to say, all the employees have a lot in common (our work ethic). Now is the best time to begin working for Power Home Remodeling Group because we are going to be growing so swiftly over the next few years.

Cons

The commute. The only thing I can complain about is just how long it takes me to get to work and home from work.

Pros

Power is a fantastic place to have a career. They offer many opportunities to train and learn new skills to help you advance your career. You have access to so many resources and leadership of all levels to learn from and grow with. Most companies talk about culture, but Power walks the walk. From leadership conferences, basketball and hockey tournaments to the year end party in Mexico, this will be the last place I work.

Cons

The stakes are high at Power. We work very hard and have high expectations. Due to the industry we are in there are unconventional hours and dealing with the elements.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
