Pros

As someone that has worked in 3 different departments in 2 years the opportunity for growth on a personal level is beyond any expectations. The company's growth is also fast and done compentently. By the end of this year I would have the opportunity to move to any major northeast city and still make the same amount of money and not miss a beat. Management wants you to do well as an employee, and takes pride in their employees doing so.

Cons

The schedule is hectic, but thats only because the company strives for excellence and wont take any less than everyones best efforts. This often means working both early and late but in the end the more one works and the more effort that is given, the better that person will do fincancially and the better the company will do.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
