It isn't the 'best', but by no means is it the worst - Home Remodeling Consultant Power Home Remodeling Employee Review

Pros

High earning potential. High energy offices. Sense of community. A lot of training. More-or-less flat hierarchy.

Cons

Ridiculous hours. Often go weeks without pay. Misrepresentation of what is 'average' or 'normal' at company. Pushes sales-people into a pressure based sales approach, all the while denying that is the approach. 'Drinking the koolaid' mentality, either you believe it is the best place on Earth or you are in the wrong profession. Only get paid on a sale made the same day, any second day sales (which do occur, but they will swear never happen) go to another rep or to the office pool.

Pros

This is a company that actually cares about and for their employees

Cons

I truly don’t think there is any cons. Maybe if you don’t like a performance based meritocracy it wouldn’t be for you.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
