Pros
I think the best thing about working at power is how easy it is to make a lot of money and get promoted if you just do your job, work hard, and stay committed. Everything they said to me about compensation when I first started is completely attainable. I was very skeptical at first but the company makes it easy to be successful and make the money they say you will make. They generate all the leads for you and take it over for you after you sell a job which is unlike most exhausting sales jobs. The company is growing and expanding so much across the country that if you have the ambition and good ethics, the opportunity to be a manager or vp is incredibly within your reach... Within just a few years. I have referred a lot of family members and friends to work here because I truly believe in the opportunities that are constantly emerging within the company. The office culture is incredible as well.
Cons
Like most commission based sales jobs you have to produce to be compensated well. For people that come here financially broke it is hard to build some steam, get good at your craft, and build your income the first few months which may make it stressful. No one that is not well self motivated should work here as well. There's a lot of helpful people that work here but it's no ones job but your own to motivate yourself to learn the process and tools of the trade. People that don't put the time and work in often do not last long and leave unhappy.
