Pros

- Power truly is a people-first company. I was skeptical during the interview process, but I’ve seen it consistently reflected in the day-to-day experience. - Excellent work-life balance. - High-quality in-person events that foster connection. - Teams are highly functional and collaborative. - I’ve already referred several friends, and they’re now working in the same department—also loving it.

Cons

- Some job titles don’t align with industry standards, which can create confusion externally.

Pros

This is a company that actually cares about and for their employees

Cons

I truly don’t think there is any cons. Maybe if you don’t like a performance based meritocracy it wouldn’t be for you.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
