      The team at PPM is fantastic. Thye are young, energetic, and passionate about their work. This creates a great environment where everyone gets a long, works hard, and has fun together. A good job can be made great by the right group of people.

      Cons

      At its core, PPM is a contracting company. Contracting involves lots of challenges to ensure deadlines are met and customers are happy.

      Pros

      The company is run by real solar professionals that are honest, hard working individuals who I have worked with for over 12 years. I wouldn't want to work for any other solar company.

      Solar is a tough industry and an ever changing landscape so you have to be nimble and be a fast learner to adapt and succeed.

      I began working on market development projects in 2012 for Power Production Management. Since then, the company has grown to include office management, a warehouse, a staff installation crew, a service department, and a customer care retinue. I've been honored to work with each member over the span of 15+ years - observing each striving to provide clean solar energy and exemplary customer service.

      Cons

      Over the 15+ years of Power Production Management - now operating as PPM Solar - hundreds of solar energy systems have been installed across Florida. So, of course, challenges have occurred. However, Alex and Jason's (owners) leadership is always driven for the resolution to any situation. They truly focus on ensuring amicable solutions.
