People get fired every year , you work like a dog in the summer they have no A/C , you have 5 min to put a part on but line leader will always try to make it shorter and will harass you if you work slow or mess something up , line leaders have favoritism , if he doesn't like you he will put you in a station he knows you will hate , people come and go because they are always firing people left and right . There is no room to grow.
