There is a "good ol' boys" mentality coming from the upper management. Being a public company, there is a surprising lack of transparency when it comes to the employees.

Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

Cons

I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.
