NOTHING is a pro at this company. It's like working in jail.

Cons

Upper Management Uses drugs, Drug abuse by employees, Guns are being brought into the building - HR is aware and is doing nothing about it. Upper management will write up/suspend/fire you for NO reason at all. No room to move up, Illegal humans working with HR being aware.

Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

Cons

I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.
