The mid to upper management has for the most part never worked anywhere else. They think that reading a book makes them experts, but they are way behind the real world in how they run the company. Always overextended and usually struggling to meet customer orders on time. They are not open to new ideas. Much of the equipment is new but cheap and is not designed for the job it is being used for, but they got a great deal on the price!
