Okay company to start your career at.

Cons

Very disorganized, management acts like high schoolers, and you will never get a raise. They allow upper management to harass women in the company and not do anything about it. HR is vertically nonexistent at PSI. If you file a complaint, it’s almost always tucked away in someone’s drawer and it never addressed again. Even if there are reoccurring issues.

Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

Cons

I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.
