Pros

Salary was good going in, but that was about all I could say that was a Pro at working there. There were no 401k matched for several years and the bonus that was relayed to me during the interview process never happened. So make sure you negotiate a good salary.

Cons

Engineering Leadership was allowed to treat people absolutely horrible. If you enjoy going to work and getting bullied, then PSI would be a great fit for you.

Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

Cons

I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.
