Manager will pay new hires well, but senior techs are underpaid. Dont work here for mire than a year you wont learn anything.

Hired in as a wire harness technician. The floor supervisor (T) is extremely under qualified and mean. She will he your “leader” but is unable to explain and produce quality infomercials or work. This location is a legal nightmare and has a below average quality inspection team. They have nepotism within and are not worth your time. The office manager is also rudeS

Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

Cons

I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.
