Cons
New product Is spinning out of control, and heading for a disaster with an offshore development team not being led properly, and US team pointing the fingers for failures everywhere but at themselves. Young, lackluster middle management. Lack of trust among managers and direct reports. Employee scapegoating seems to be tolerated, and encouraged in management.
