I was challenged and I was learning almost of new things. These days its that I get a paycheck. The leadership wants to take the company in a new direction which is partially why I stayed.
Cons
Management is absolutely Horrible because of this whatever benefits, incentives,rewards, pay and bonuses they offer will not stop people from leaving.We have lost about 10% of the company with the last 30days. 0 opportunity for advancement.
