Business Development Representative - Anonymous employee PowerPlan Employee Review

Struggling with clarity of direction. Some management is unavailable/does not seem to care about their employees. Slow moving/not very adaptable. Difficult to have your opinion heard if not in upper management. Heavily male dominated culture, not much diversity in employees.
