* Management needs some remodeling. * Managers are typically more rewarded than individual contributors * They don't have a good way of measuring results of an individual contributor. You are what you pretend to be, not what you really are. If you're good at bluffing, you're going to be very successful in this place. * Many (stressing not ALL) of principal level engineers should actually be senior level
