Pros
When I first got to this company, I was afraid that I wouldn't fit in. I had never worked in a billing company and I had never worked in a company like PV. Since I am quite quiet, I was startled by the energy at town hall, at heart of a leader and in my teammates. They all seemed so into it, and I have never been that emotionally engaged in my work. But after a few weeks, I started to get it. Even though I am still quiet, I see now how important it is for me to be all in for my team. I like that I am learning something new every day, and every day I feel like I have a little more to add to making our team successful. When we got a new teammate recently, I saw that she was feeling the same way, but I was surprised at how fast she came to fit in. The best part of PV is the friends I have made here that will last for a lifetime.

It's a little scary at first, but when you realize how much everyone cares, it just gets fun to join in.
