Pros

My fellow co-works are great. The bonuses, employee activities, flex hours, casual dress and all awesome benefits that PV offers us employees.

Cons

Still feels like a bit of a cult at times, management is not easy to talk to especially in departments where we should be allowed to voice how we feel & know that it isn't leaving that department, the coffee was meant to be a nice gesture but considering how much most of us make, we can't really afford it and all the bad talking off previous employees.

Thank you for posting your viewpoint. However, employees did not post positive comments because they were "asked" to do so; instead, multiple actual current employees recently spontaneously decided for themselves to respond with their own take on PV. Since you did not know this information (which is well-known at PV), we suspect that you are the former employee that has been conducting a campaign to post negative reviews. We do agree that it is a good idea to let it go and "move on." We agree with the policy that nobody should be bashing anyone--whether current or previous employee. It is wonderful that previous employees have put together a positive Facebook group with words of encouragement for each other. If you really are a current employee and do wish to leave PV, please see HR within the next 2 weeks, and they will arrange for you to sign some paperwork that will enable you to receive a severance package with 4 weeks of pay.

Pros

The company is not just about making money. They truly care about their employees and about the clinics that they provide software and billing services to everyday. They invested their profits into providing the best insurance benefits they can afford to give their employee, quarterly bonuses, a wonderful new building that is state of the art; monthly (lunch included) town hall meetings to keep everyone informed of what is going on with the company, celebration trip for the entire company to the Wisconsin Dells for the weekend, paintball and bowling parties, innovation development week, and they continue to look for ways to make our lives easier. They even offer an onsite concierge to provide additional services to make employees' work lives more enjoyable (onsite messages, car repair services, eyebrow waxing, discounts on everything from hair cuts to shoes, etc.) In return, they expect their employees to be on time, be prepared, and to work hard. I feel that is a very fair expectation.

Cons

I enjoy working so much I have a hard time going home at the end of the day. Yes I know that sounds crazy but It is ridiculously true. My family wishes I would leave a little earlier each day and I commit to do so, but then I get wrapped up in work and just don’t seem to leave on time.
