Pros

Sales experience Business experience Working with others Learning about technology

Cons

Leads and higher ups think they are know it alls PragmaEdge is just a sales team They don’t create any of the technology they sell Middle man type business so you’re basically a middle man in a middle man business Terrible marketing , just look at their website. Company is virtually unknown and not found online so it’s hard telling family where you work You have to basically just say it’s an IBM partner This company will always be in the shadows of IBM and will never be its own brand.

Work-Life Balance: Their is work from home option when you needs it, which offers a great deal of flexibility. Growth Opportunities: There’s a clear path for career advancement and plenty of learning resources. The People:The bosses are very understanding, responsive and genuinely committed towards delivering high- quality results. My colleagues are incredibly talented and always willing to collaborate or lend a hand.

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, which requires some adaptability.

Pros

There are no Pros only Cons

Cons

Anyone thinking of joining their Training and Placement program don't do it, they train you for a month, make a fake resume and make you work as a contractor with them, and you have to sign a contract with them where you have to work for 18 Months with them, they also say in the contract that if you quit or get fired you must pay them $10,000. Don't do it and stay away from this company, regarding this training and placement program. It is a complete waste of time, even though they will give you a stipend but that's only if you come to work everyday from 9-5 in order to get it. The training is online too, so you must do it at the office and can not do it from home. Don't train interns for 1 month, make them sign a contract, and have them do c2c for a mid level job they are not prepared for after passing an interview in a field of study they have no prior experience in even if it's related to IT but in a different branch of IT, and also don't make and use fake resumes for these IT Interns to market people around just to get a job and just to get experience for them.
