Pros
Pratt is 100% Green and a great place to work. They have a good compensation package with great benefits, a wide variety of positions so you never get bored doing the same thing and the management iis very understanding and supportive of family issues arising resulting in the need for time off as long as it is not aboused in any way.
Cons
The long hours, lack of communication between non management employees. They do not have an office training program in place at this time so when you first start there, you feel a little lost and have to kind of just feel your way through until you figure it out.
