Only cares about profits and senior m management self preservation - Engineering Manager Pratt & Whitney Employee Review

The company only cares about profits over safety. It was clear with the roll out of the GTF engine and all the trouble it had afterwards. They where so worried about losing market shares that they put an engine out that they new wasn't ready. On the military engines side they used/use unqualified inspectors to inspect parts. When I brought it up they decided that it was time for me to go. So they manufactured an issue and claimed that I violated a quality cardinal rule that is so shady in how they interpret what is a violation or not. I sat in on meetings where they would say that fells like one and this one doesn't.
