Pros

The only positive of this company was being 100% remote and they offer unlimited PTO and decent medical insurance.

Cons

I came to Precisely via one of their many acquisitions. Prior to that I was at a smaller company for 5+ years with wonderful culture and people who felt like family. Shortly after the Precisely acquisition I noticed people I used to work with start leaving one by one by one (including my manager and then the manager that had followed). After these two managers left my department received a Precisely "senior manager" and boy let me tell you, this person was the worst manager I have ever had! They were extremely micromanaging and made it clear they had ZERO interest in even learning what the product their team works with does or how people even used it. How am I supposed to feel supported when my manager couldn't care less about what I do day to day?? After about a year when I asked my manager what my growth path is (as there was no discussion or annual review even given to me after this amount of time) or how can I learn what all Precisely offers...I was told they "couldn't talk about it now, maybe in 2023". Needless to say, I left shortly after this. After I gave my notice I was then asked several times "what can we do to get you to stay". I'm sorry but too little too late. You shouldn't be asking that after someone decides to leave. This company trains their managers to only care about numbers or how they can look good to their superiors. They do not care how employees actually feel or how they can grow. Precisely's pay scale and raises percentages are below standard average.
