Precisely Response
1yWe’re sad to hear about your dissatisfaction during your time with us. We understand that personal hardships—especially involving a loved one’s health—can significantly affect both personal and professional life.
We’d like to clarify a few points from your review. At no point did we expect you to work during a family medical crisis. In fact, we encouraged you to take the necessary leave to focus on your wife’s well-being. We respected your decision to continue working and appreciated the effort you made under difficult circumstances.
To further support you, we extended your medical insurance coverage and maintained regular check-ins—not just as colleagues, but as people who genuinely cared. While we empathized deeply, we also had to uphold responsibilities in a time-sensitive function like Talent Acquisition. This could be the reason you requested us to rehire you few months ago (Nov, 2024) which we could not do due to non-availability of open position.
We regret that the outcome led to a negative impression. Please know our actions were always intended to be supportive, even in tough decisions. We wish you strength and success ahead.
