Pros

Amazing office and location, a lot of really great people to work with. Kegerator and ABUNDANCE of snacks, always.

Cons

No HR presence and complete lack of training and onboarding at the time I started. About half of management has an inflexible and aggressive attitude thinly veiled by positivity and enthusiasm. My recruiter sold me on the offer with a number of benefits and perks that were no longer practiced within the office. If you're new to the pharma/healthcare world, be prepared to be thrown into the deep-end after about two weeks.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
