Pros
- Work life balance. The executive leadership's neglect / lack of interest in their management personnel translated into minimal time required to achieve acceptable results. But, ultimately the extra time I had on my hands allowed me to focus on things that really mattered.
Cons
- Self centered and (unjustifiably) egotistical company leadership - Learned absolutely nothing valuable during my tenure - Client work was tedious and boring - Additional effort / initiative goes unrecognized. Honestly, this is a "just check the box" type of place, not for self starters - Inappropriate relationships between leadership team
