Pros

Some of the people who work here are worth their weight in gold.

Cons

Culture Management was focused on growing the company but had no interest in acknowledging the serious process and employee training issues that caused multiple problems EVERY DAY. Department heads or staff speaking up about issues they were having were identified as problems. Employee morale declined, frustration and resentment built as issues would linger and fester and never truly be resolved. Training Employee training and competence would vary wildly from department to department and lead to projects going in circles unnecessarily. Some departmental managers would not even train new hires on process or software but there never seemed to be any consequences for this behavior, so the same type of problems happened over and over again. Internal communications Leadership failed in communicating the vision and expectations of this company. A monthly meeting, Powerpoint deck or email diatribes do not constitute managing and leading employees through change. Employees who will excel Liars and incompetents who can master the art of artifice and superficiality are made for this environment and will flourish. If you are someone who cares about the work you produce, respecting your coworkers and keeping your integrity, your soul will slowly rot away, leaving a black empty hole that no amount of free booze and snacks will fill.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
