Pros

I've worked at precisioneffect for 3 years. It's a very welcoming and encouraging environment. The management team has an open door policy and they're the most approachable upper management I've ever worked for. They take criticism to heart and do their best to solve for it. The President and Chief Creative Officer are two of the best people you'll ever meet in your lifetime. Extremely successful, passionate, down to earth and a great team. If you're a dedicated, hard worker, you'll thrive here. If you're looking to grow in your career, you've found the right place. They really value hard work and there's always something new to learn. If you're looking for somewhere you can get by by doing the bare minimum, I highly suggest looking elsewhere but if you love what you do and want to be as successful as you can be, this is the place for you! Co-workers are also amazing. Funny, down to earth and brilliant people! It's truly a collaborative environment.

Cons

It's a fairly new company that has experienced some growing pains, but we've worked through it. As we continue to grow, I'm sure we'll experience it again but that's the beauty of this place - it's not boring and the management team really relies on the entire company to work together and problem solve as a team. I'd say they're really good at turning cons into pros.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
