Pros

The only pro I can honestly say, and why I gave PFV two stars, is that there is a good handful of employees that are true to themselves and can become your best friend. To those, I wish them nothing but success.

Cons

As the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. All the PFV sites are beautiful, from the Gladstone brick, to the NY rooftop, and Chicago's view within the loop, it is all just a wow factor. It is the toxicity below the surface every employee will eventually see. You either drink from the same cup and say to yourself it's not my name on the chopping block or you stay true to yourself and leave. Even if it's not the chopping block, it's the favoritism that can't go unnoticed. As I have been told, and its happened for many years, they won't stab you while looking at you, they will stab you in your back, which is why many of the best people that have worked there haven't so much left on their own but rather forced out. It is of no surprise at this point to have seen and hear of how they are starting to flatline in revenue, and the do more with less motto is really starting to take shape.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
