      Pros

      None, everyone from every department will hype you up and make you feel extremely important your first week. After that you are thrown into a burning fire with ZERO training. You are expected to know everything day 1, for an entry level postion.

      Cons

      Zero training. Rude manager. If they don’t like you you’re out. Worked less than a month and was cut, had zero training zero chance to learn the business at all.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

      Cons

      Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
