Pros

There are no pros to working at Precision & Health. The company is owned by a private equity group, so the hours are long and there is zero appreciation from management no matter what miracles you pull off.

Cons

The account team is just cruel. The people that have worked together for years are very cliquish and exploit anyone new. The person that said "60-70 hour work weeks is common" is spot on. And that is not an exaggeration. They're project management system is unnecessarily long and causes late nights for no reason other than an unwillingness to change and because the VPs don't work the late nights. In my entire time at Precision, neither my supervisor nor her manager (an SVP) offered even once to take a late night of routing, even if they were working on another project and already online. I was working late nights until 8/9pm every night 3-4 nights a week, while my SVP left everyday at 4:30pm and rarely signed back on later (and if she did it was for like an hour). My manager had no respect for the teams lives outside of work, she seemed to add unnecessary work to my plate for the fun of it -causing even more late nights. On top of all that, they will only give you the work they don't like, for example you will write the status reports, but they will run the client meetings, you will be in charge of all the routing and admin work, but they will be the client contact, stealing any strategy opportunities for themselves (so you never get to learn new skills). They will frequently have client meetings without you too, and not inform you of anything discussed. For example they didn't tell me who was going to a training conference in Dallas on my account, so while I was the one working all the late nights and doing all the tedious work, they decided they deserved the trip to the conference, where they took credit for 8 months of my work. They also canceled my vacation, first asking if I had anything planned and when I said I would just rest around my house, they said I could come in then since I wasn't traveling. This was because they had let too many account team members have the same week off. I am honestly embarrassed I stayed so long given their treatment of me, but live and learn.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
