Mandatory over time, no days off unprofessional and immature management. Horribly unorganized. Unless you are buddy buddy with somone high up you will never get a raise or promotion. I personally have never been treated less like a human in my life. Supervisors will tell you how good and reliable you are then if you ask for anything (raise days off) they belittle you and trash talk you to an extensive degree.
