Absolutely the "Worst" - Anonymous employee Precision Castparts Employee Review

No accountability for employee (hourly) actions. Weak but very nasty union environment. The place is a real mess. Hard to believe they process aerospace parts, scary thought. Very nasty management, especially on the energy side. Very high turnover for engineering and highly skilled positions.
