Really only the location, and some of the employees
Cons
Management is horrible, constant backdoor handshakes and gentlemen's agreements, no equality in pay, no work/life balance, absolutely terrible benefits package, pathetic vacation policy, no consistency with policies/enforcement. Overall just an extremely unethical company and I would never wish it upon anyone.
