I started as a receptionist in an aerospace manufacturing facility and was given opportunities to advance into HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and most recently, a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst supporting a remote recruiting team. One of the things I've appreciated most is the ability to build a long-term career within the organization rather than feeling the need to leave to advance.
