Pros
I've been with the company for 14 years, which speaks volumes about the opportunities available for employees who are willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. I started as a receptionist in an aerospace manufacturing facility and was given opportunities to advance into HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and most recently, a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst supporting a remote recruiting team.
Throughout my career I've had the chance to work with talented colleagues, supportive leaders, and teams that encouraged professional development. One of the things I've appreciated most is the ability to build a long-term career within the organization rather than feeling the need to leave to advance.
The company has evolved so much over the years, especially with technology, recruiting practices, and remote work opportunities. I've been fortunate to gain exposure to multiple areas of HR and talent acquisition, allowing me to continuously expand my skills and contribute in new ways.
Cons
As with many large organizations, processes and decision-making can sometimes move slowly.
