Pros
Competitive pay and benefits. Quarterly bonuses and stock options are good. Really enjoyed working with a lot of the people here. This is an OK place to work.
Cons
Universally understaffed and under-resourced. Much plant equipment is at end of life condition. Company does not embrace new technologies. Frugal to a fault, PCC is run on very harsh budgets. True accountability for hourly or salaried employees is rare; scapegoat-ism, however, is common. Abysmal safety practices. PCC has a high ratio of low caliber people - every company has them, PCC just seems to have more than their share.
