Overall poor working attitude in union hourly. Very hostile managers that shame and belittle supervisors. Corporate managers visit and do the same to the staff. Very dirty and unsafe workplace. High turnover in all management, engineers, supervisor and Safety positions. Lazy people hide behind the union. It's all about making money for share holders. It's PCC's business model. Poor home work balance.
