Pros
They Push the technology. Great engineers and hourly people. Average benefits and salary compensation is good with a decent quarterly bonus.
Cons
Work and home balance is awful. Workers expected to make the daily TOC numbers. At times you are not given the resources to meet their goals. 10-12 hour days 6-7 days a week is common. Engineers are on call 24 hrs. Corporate managers are unforgiving and will not listen to needs of the business. "Deal with what you have".
