Pros
Very few. Pay for most work supplies, tons of overtime available. Good health insurance.
Cons
Poor work conditions, mis-managed with inexperienced supervisors and shift leaders. Overtime is mandatory and most corporate holidays you are expected to work. No balance for work and personal life. Lack of maintenance done to machines, more or less a "break-fix" department. Machine operators do a lot of their own maintaining. The supplies they pay for are very cheap besides safety footwear. Pay is not great, most employees HAVE TO work the overtime to make ends meet and rely on bonuses. HR is a joke, if someone has an issue with another employee, the favored employee gets the benefit of the doubt for the issue at hand. Put it simply - overworked and under-paid employees causing some to be disgruntled and unpleasant whether they are good or bad workers and also too much favoritism occurring.
