Pros
There are many very good people who work here and the pay is good for professionals. However, there is absolutely no work-life balance and a 'do anything for profit' mentality that is ethically degrading for those who are invested and care about delivering quality performance and products.
Cons
Extremely high turnover. Some in management positions really don't belong. There are examples of employees and leaders who are married and in other family relationships, i.e. brothers, sisters, and in-laws. This is unethical as it creates nepotism in the workplace and harsh work conditions for those who are not in the immediate 'family' circle. Even when you do the best job, leadership continuously looks the other way and refuses to create a safe, anti-nepotism work environment for all. In order to succeed, you need to be comfortable compromising your own ethics and work values. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
