Pros
A lot of things to keep yourself busy. Lots of room to make a ton of change/impact to ways things are working as long as you are willing to train on the job.
Cons
The company culture doesn't allow for continuous improvements and rather focuses on thruput only. this compromises quality of parts and safety in most cases. Also no training provided. Have to learn all by yourself on the job or by watching someone in the best case scenario.
