Pros

- Many bright coworkers - Autonomy for projects - Remote work

Cons

Not a great place for women or POC. Upper management and executive team are extremely unskilled. Nepotism and recruiting from BYU is rampant (feeding into the diversity and inclusion issues). Wage disparity and inequity, and salaries are not competitive to any industry. Many executives and VPs are in high positions of power without any reason but because they are in the inner circle of the Mormon male bros. Reconsider this place if you're looking to build a career. Discouraging and sad tolerance for gender and race discrimination. HR will do everything to protect the executive team or VPs and not hold anyone accountable.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your candor and how much you value an inclusive workplace that honors diverse perspectives. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t reflected that, and we’re in the process of instituting company-wide initiatives that address these two concerns of inclusion and diversity. Precoa has grown and progressed in many ways since it was started in 2004. One of the key areas we are now focused on is making sure the day-to-day experience of our employees aligns with our core values. Again, thank you for your comments. Please reach out at feedback@precoa.com with any further thoughts and suggestions.
