Pros
On the surface, this company may *look* like many others. But the longer I spend at Precoa, the more I see the “Precoa Spirit” – I’m talking about the genuine care my coworkers express through their attitude, the goodness and the kindness. It starts with the Founders of the Company, works its way through the President, the VP’s and down through the Directors to the rest of the Employees and Planners in the Call Center. Precoa is anything but a company like many others. You will never find a place like it, no matter how long you look. Precoa is a great company to work for and I expect to be with them for a long time. I don't think you can find a better work/life balance with any other company.
Cons
The management structure is unclear – Precoa promotes a Linear Accountability Method where assignments come from peers rather than the top down. While this promotes a friendly work environment, there is no clear path to work your way up through management.
