Pros
Precoa is not like most companies out there. They care about people more than anything else. Both their clients, the families they serve and their employees and coworkers. It is a very caring environment and together we they are changing an industry.
Cons
With that being said, Precoa isn't for everybody... If you are looking for a intense, competitive atmosphere, you won't find it here. Precoa has had some growing pains as they have grown from a small to midsize company, but they are working hard at figuring it out. They aren't growing too quickly and are being smart about it., but it has caused some frustration over the last year or so, but it is getting better.
