Pros

Their money is running dry so they might have to close soon

Cons

Highly unstable place run by a schizophrenic clown. Your job scope will change quickly. What you were hired to do and what you actually do will be miles apart. Expect to take up weird jobs. For example, the CEO decided to fire all cleaning people on the spot. Then he asked all on-site employees to pitch in. I had to replace toilet paper in the bathrooms . Thankfully, the co-CEO took the job of cleaning the toilets. I wish I was joking. Your benefits and salary will get slashed. You might get hired and then your title will get downgraded due to 'unexpected slowdown,' or 'your skills better match that lower role.' The benefits will disappear suddenly (oh, by the way, starting tomorrow, we are no longer subsidizing your gym). This is a classic bait and switch type of a place run by incompetent people. I got fooled, please take my advice and go somewhere else. This is a miserable, awful place.

Still building out processes and quality systems—typical startup growing pains.
