Pros

No pros. This company has awful leaders.

Cons

The leaders of Predictive Sales AI are ineffective and awful. They are incapable of leading this company. They are too incompetent to make the correct decisions for this company and its employees. The worst part is that most of the leaders here are unaware of just how terrible they are. They have huge egos that make them think they’re awesome leaders, but the reality is that they keep making awful decisions, and they rarely come up with effective and permanent solutions to our problems in the workplace.

Pros

I enjoyed my time with my team.

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. My experience with Predictive Sales AI has been disappointing. Keeping up with the workload was a losing battle since priorities changed without warning. I could spend hours finishing something, only to be told to drop it and start over. The pace stayed brutal, and there was never enough help to keep things under control. That constant pressure made even small assignments exhausting. Instead of doing quality work, everyone rushed just to keep up. Burnout spread through the team faster than anyone wanted to admit. The awful leadership turned simple situations into bigger headaches. Decisions came without much thought, and employees were left cleaning up the mess. The same issues kept showing up, but nothing was handled differently. Speaking up made little difference since the problems always came back. It was frustrating to watch the company repeat the same mistakes over and over. Trust in management slowly disappeared. Nobody seemed interested in making things better. Watching good coworkers leave became a regular part of the job. The team kept shrinking, but the amount of work never did. New people walked into the same stressful situation with very little support. The atmosphere grew heavier as more people gave up and moved on. I stopped believing things would improve and started looking elsewhere. Leaving gave me the chance to enjoy my work again. It remains one of the easiest career decisions I have ever made.
